Watch this Amazing Documentary ‘Aberrican Me – Ross Capicchioni’

There are many things I love in life and two of them happen to be skateboarding and movies. So when I stumbled upon this documentary online, I just had to plug it on our site. Made by the fine fellows over at The Berrics (a skateboard park owned by Steve (Ber)ra and E(ric) Koston), The Aberrican Me is a series of short docs focussing on professional skateboarders and their personal struggles in life.

In this particular episode, through light interviews and reenactment, Ross Capicchioni, tells the story of how during his early teen years, he was shot three times via shotgun by his close friend. Left for dead in the outskirts of Detroit Michigan – minus a hand, a hole in his torso and a shot to the head – Ross with sheer determination and a will to survive, battled his way back to life.

Not only is this an amazing true story but a prime example of viral media at its finest. Enjoy!
