Filmmaker Wes Anderson has long been a favourite in the film community, with movies such as Rushmore, The Royal Tenenbaums, and The Fantastic Mr. Fox, finding themselves on many top 10 best of lists in the year of their release. While his newest effort, Moonrise Kingdom, hit theatres mere months ago, Anderson has chosen not to rest on his laurels, instead pushing his next project, titled The Grand Budapest Hotel, into production. Casting is well underway on the project, with a slew of actors never before seen in Anderson’s filmography popping up alongside familiar faces. Veteran actor Ralph Fiennes and rising star Saoirse Ronan join Jude Law and Jeff Goldblum in their first time working with Anderson, while mainstays Jason Schwartzmann, Owen Wilson, and Bill Murray have also been cast.
