Arcade Fire have released the much anticipated video for Reflektor via a visual experience by director Vincent Morisset. The video integrates a viewer’s mouse, phone, or tablet to control the effects of the scenes, making the viewer the reflektor (get it). It’s currently available at justareflektor.com. The interactive clip isn’t the only video to accompany the new album – a second video, directed by Dutch photographer/filmmaker Anton Corbijn has also been released for the title song. Reflektor, which drops October 29th on Merge Records is the band’s fourth album, and the their follow-up to 2010’s Grammy Award-winning The Suburbs. The song is co-produced by James Murphy, and features David Bowie on backing vocals. The band will be the musical guest on the season premiere of Saturday Night Live, hosted by Tina Fey, on September 28th.
