Nintendo’s Twist on the 2015 Academy Awards

Nintendo’s Twist on the 2015 Academy Awards

In order to celebrate the 2015 Oscar nominees, they’ve decide to address who they believe should walk away with one of the statuettes – that is for imaginary categories. This latest PR effort from Nintendo of America is a bit silly, but so is the Oscars.

  • The Princess Peach Award, for best female costume in a movie – Maleficent
  • The Samus Aran Award, for strongest female character – Olivia Evans – Boyhood
  • The Smash Award, for best fight scene of the year – Dawn of the Planet of the Apes
