I figured we were a little late in the game in posting this video a few days after it was released, but I’m amazed to see it has less than a 100 000 views. Following in the footsteps of Joel McHale, Jim Rash, and Jimmy Kimmel, Patton Oswalt has made his own parody of HBO’s True Detective with a hilarious Matthew McConaughey impression. To promote his upcoming Comedy Central stand-up special Tragedy Plus Comedy Equals Time, Oswalt recreates McConaughey’s interrogation scene from the show, complete with a Southern drawl, pony-tail, long moustache, Big Hug Mug, and Lone Star cans.
