In 1968, director George A. Romero reinvented the “zombie” film with Night of the Living Dead and has since re-visited genre five times and counting with, Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead, Land of the Dead, Diary of the Dead, and Survival of the Dead. In the inaugural podcast from Sound on Sight’s spinoff show, Sordid Cinema, host Ricky D invited Detroit Burns (of CKUT), and Al Kratina (of The Montreal Gazette) to discuss George A.
