“Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark” New Yorker Cover

The New Yorker is known for causing a stir with their controversial covers. Some may remember their cover featuring an image of Michelle and Barack Obama that combined every smeary right-wing stereotype imaginable. Well the latest cover isn’t so much controversial as it is truthful. The January 17th issue is pretty accurate in depicting what has been happening on set of Julie Taymor’s Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark broadway musical.
