TV To Be Thankful For

From exploring depression on BoJack Horseman to ideas around happiness, anxiety, and life choices in Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, television has found ways to tell stories about people living with a mental illness that doesn’t see them just as their struggle or their diagnosis.

While myriad cooking and baking programs air each year, none capture the wash of emotions connected to the topic, for me at least, as well as the fantastic, and underseen in the U.S., BBC series The Great British Bake Off.
